Friday, April 30th, brought an interesting commission. I was asked to photograph a mobile wood-fired pizza oven for Joseph Pergolizzi from The Fire Within out of Boulder, CO. It was being delivered to a customer in Connecticut and Joe wanted it photographed for his company's new catalogue and website update before handing over the keys.The oven was a very impressive piece of equipment, even if it wasn't fired up for a demonstration and sample of its capabilities! The shoot was challenging, but it went well with Joe being pleased with the end result.
